In the spirit of this podcast, surviving celebrant life, Claire and Natasha discuss a topic which affects so many celebrants, themselves included. In this episode, they look at the impact of being a celebrant who experiences menstrual cycles, perimenopause or menopause, and how it can affect day-to-day celebrant life and work. They share their experiences and the mechanisms that they have in place to cope with the physical and mental challenges that stem from these cycles, and they talk about how it can influence their celebrant practice, too.
