Archie Macpherson is a bonafide Scottish Football icon having began his career as a broadcaster with the BBC over 60 years ago. His time in the game has brought him into close contact with many legendary figures - including some of the greatest Celts of all time - and in part 2 of our exclusive 3 part series he shares his experiences of being in Lisbon for the greatest day in Celtic's history! In his role as a commentator for the BBC Archie made his way to Portugal alongside thousands of Celtic fans where he would play his own unique role in covering the game in person at Estadio Nacional. Its an experience he describes as "overwhelming" and as you'll hear it's one which very nearly didn't happen for the budding young broadcaster - but thankfully for Archie, and now for us, his persistence paid off!
