Spectacular.
I do not have a background in any field or industry related to the subjects highlighted in these podcasts, and therefore concluded before streaming any of them that I would not likely draw value from them. The subject titles were enough to draw me in, as I hoped to engage a knowledge foreign to me. These podcasts have become some of my favorite and I find myself searching other podcasts with similar subject material. The few others that I have found lack the production quality, level-of-knowledge, and wholesomeness that Chris Thomas brings with each episode. I find myself pausing episodes and exploring relatable definitions to better understand the field and intent of the methods described. I’ve discovered that there is gold in the content of each episode. Not only for those serving in law enforcement and outside its peripheral. And not only for those who may be navigating the justice system. This is gold for every American, regardless of their background, to better understand the complexity of a system that we have faithfully incorporated to protect our earnest way of living. The evolution that comes from the dialogue Chris enables will be (anxiously) interesting to watch. This content should be household discussion for us all.

What important conversations to have around behavioral health and criminal justice and where they intersect. Chris Thomas, the host, is a stellar speaker and facilitator. Cant wait for more.
