Anabell Bender is the Dreamcatcher Coach who empowers smart, passionate people to catch their dreams and live a happy, authentic life. She combines her intuitive, infectious and radiant energy together with a grounded and practical approach to inspire and support those who feel like they are missing a big part of themselves. Ever since she's been a child, Anabell has always been passionate about empowering others and making them feel happy. It led her down many professional paths until she caught her own dreams through her holistic health and various coaching trainings. Her Journey of Certifications include Master Life Coach =Life Coaching plus additional specified certifications in Life Purpose, Happiness and Goal Achievement; Holistic Health Consultant, Make Up Artist, Beautician, Massage Therapist, Hotel Expert. As a dedicated life student, she still is in ongoing studies of Human Design as well as Mindfulness. Her life experience of working, living and growing up in different continents, amongst different cultures and languages, makes her a natural in connecting quickly on a soul level. That gift hasn’t always been that obvious for her. The loud self-denying and disempowering voices in her head, kept her from going for her own dreams. She was yearning for feeling seen and acknowledged for just being her authentic self. Through her own transition from feeling super worthless into becoming the Dreamcatcher Coach and a Life Artist, she makes it not only feel attainable for her clients but also as fun as possible along the way.
