Ep#109 | Why I don't believe in the rise of the feminine, or we need to heal the masculinity
Listen now
Description
Have you noticed how many people are telling other people to either: Step-into their femininity?or Heal their masculinity?or The Rise of Feminine Leadership?I’ve been hearing this for decades. For a long time, I did talk about these things myself. Did so, because a) I thought everyone had the same thing in mind when they talked about Femininity or Masculinity - or a ‘Feminine and Masculine Box’ as I see it today and #2) just thought this was an accepted way. That all changed when Nicholas Haines and I were creating the very first #NoMoreBoxes Breakfast Clubs, and I did for myself, one of the exercises we ask people to do in our events. The process? Well, in short - I spotted that there were things in my gender box that wasn’t working for me, so I opened up my gender-box - had an in-depth look at some of the stuff what I had unconsciously placed into my gender box. It was not a pretty sight; in fact, I noticed I had some pretty stinky things hiding inside of my box as a woman. These were my biases, towards people of my gender"! Oh, My God! Noticing my own biases made me also realize to a deeper level how my unconscious program is always running 24/7. I had NO idea that this was my program. However, opening up and unpacking these boxes gave me space to delete the old stinky things in there and mindfully place more empowering things, words and feelings into my box. Getting this deep understanding and then later working with hundreds of people in our #NoMoreBoxes Breakthrough Events, people from all over the world, witnessing them opening up and unpacking their gender boxes, something deep clicked inside of me, that I just can’t keep my silence anymore. That’s what I’m sharing in this particular podcast episode and video below. While you listen to my story for WHY I DON’T BELIEVE IN THE RISE OF THE FEMININE OR THAT WE NEED TO HEAL THE MASCULINITY, I urge you to take a look at your gender box, open it up and unpack what is inside. It most likely will come as a surprise what you’ve been hiding in that box, and once you’ve have spotted the ingredients inside your box, you can make your own choice what you are going to do with it- Meaning, are you going to… Live it - Love it or - Leave it? BOOK RUNA Some great takeaways: Everyone one of us is different, we also have a massively different view/program for what is a man or a woman We have different boxes, some of them are good, some are bad and some are plain ugly! Be mindful Think before you tell people your view for what they need to do Use the right words.
