Description
🕶 John Carpenter's They Live opened in theatres 35 years ago, and became a No. 1 hit at the box office after the director had a string of commercial failures throughout the 80s. Despite this, the movie fell off of the box office in the week following its release, and to this day does not really get much fan fare aside from people recognizing it for the iconic faces of it's clandestine, villainous aliens... and of course the five minute fight sequence between Roddy Piper and Keith David. In any event, we are excited to be revisiting it this week, so come on in and join us for another lively conversation, where we'll also nominate which characters we think were most deserving of death for The Cherry Picker.
