Listen now
Description
In this episode Tammy interviews Gaia Bernstein, a Law Professor, Director of the Institute for Privacy Protection, Co-Director of the Gibbons Institute for Law Science and Technology at the Seton Hall University School of Law and author of the new book Unwired: Gaining Control Over Addictive Technologies. In this episode we explore the illusion that we can control how much time we spend on our screens by only resorting to self-help measures. Gaia is unique in that she shifts the responsibility for a solution from users to the technology industry, which designs its products to be addictive. We are going to explore what you can do to make an impact in terms of raising awareness over screen-time addiction and measures you can take to help safe-guard our children. Want to learn more?
