In this episode, we interview Dr. Lara Honos-Webb, a PHD Clinical Psychologist  who specializes in ADHD.  Dr. Honos Webb  talks abouta strength based approach to helping youth with ADHD. She shares her "six super skills": Find Gifts, Set Goals, Chunk Goals, Boost Motivation, Manage Mood and Find Focus. Dr. Honos-Webb takes us through each skill and explains how to use the skill to nurture executive functioning and mental wellness. She also talks about the gifts of ADHD.
