We all know Palliative Care is a critical treatment for those experiencing life threatening illnesses.    But new data has revealed some harrowing statistics relating to the state of end of life care in Australia.   62% of patients who required specialist palliative care treatment were unable to access it and it is much harder to receive in the bush than it is in the city.   CEO of Palliative Care Australia, Camilla Rowland, joined Luke Grant to chat about the importance of palliative care and what needs to be done to ensure more people can receive it.
