A lot more than you’d expect
The scholarship is worn lightly, but it’s extensive and makes for an interesting and often entertaining podcast. The range of topics that arises, using the Bible as the starting point is quite startling. You may need a bit of time to get your ear in - I can’t be the only one who burst out laughing when the presenter claimed that he checked his pronunciation (where?) - but when you get used to it, you wouldn’t have it any other way.
