“For the first two episodes, I felt like I was continuously sideswiped, in a good way. I would think I knew what to expect when it came to Wallace and his condition, and then the next scene would upend my expectations. But there’s a method to the madness, as subsequent episodes reveal, and the end of season cliffhanger is great.
Have I mentioned this podcast is very funny? Every other sentence has a joke or exchange or a laugh that makes me giggle. The colorful cast of brunch and karaoke-obsessed characters is ably brought to life by fantastic actors. Particular kudos to the actor playing Sprague. He’s a good boy. Such a good boy. I also love Jerry, the somewhat competent police officer who’s easily intimidated by intimidating women.
Fantastic job all around and I will be eagerly awaiting Season 2.”
