Sharing out struggles makes us stronger!
Hearing from other church leaders about their struggles is key. As pastors and leaders we need to know that our struggles are shared, that we aren’t alone, and that our broken marriages, our sin, and our brokenness, do not make us weak leaders. But instead they make us human, and much like the very people we serve and lead. We are only weak when we pretend we don’t have weaknesses. So thank you because a space where this can be shared is crucial to our health in ministry. And doing it in short segments makes listening realistic.

The two main take aways as leaders are; 1. We need to be aware of our weakness and vulnerabilities, take action to address them. 2. Empower those around us to to achieve more than we our self can accomplish.
