“I love this show, love your taste in stories, love your commentary, and I want to make a small suggestion to make your show PERFECT: for your American stories, please use a narrator who can do a *mid-atlantic* accent. This was the “classy movie” accent that was used in all the 40s-50s hard boiled and noir Hollywood movies/radio and would go so far to make the Hammett and Chandler stories fabulous. As an American, it really takes me out of the mood to hear a modern US accent telling stories that harken back to an era of mid-Atlantic accent! Your American listeners will appreciate it, I guarantee it.”
