“Coach Mike is such an inspiration to so many people all across the world. He excels in every area, including his Podcasts. I’m so thankful that I got to read his book “Be you, only better”, it is helping springboard my life into a more positive place that is desperately needed. After being in an abusive relationship for four years I am in the process of rebuilding myself and my life. I’m also disabled but that’s not who I am, but it is very challenging also. People don’t seem to understand very much about brain injury’s, it is quite complex. Coach Mike not only touches on how to be a better person and have better thoughts, but also covers eating healthier, how to sleep better. Truly covers body soul and spirit. Sincerely grateful ,especially during this time of the coronavirus. To have someone that is uplifting and encouraging, when we are in the middle of what is nothing less than a nightmare for a lot of people, myself included. Thank you Mike for your hard work and dedication and helping me change my life and be a better woman.”
