But most notable Paul is known for his time with Manchester United, having played a key role in building their world leading academy, including a period between 2005 and 2016 he has been manager of Manchester United's under-18 team. Paul is also the son of former Manchester United player and manager Wilf McGuinness, holds a degree in physical education gained from Loughborough University. Paul joins Yas to discuss a the role of coach developers, how to outwit your opponent and how coaches can become better at examining the fine margins that could provide an exponential impact with players.
