Exceptional reporting, outstanding podcast
Very well-done true crime podcast from “Serial” (I wouldn’t expect anything else.) It’s an emotional roller coaster so be ready; there’s no easy answers & what I found to be the best part was the host Kim Barker’s interacted with the people involved. So many true crime podcasts come to a case thinking they know everything & bring their confirmation bias to every discussion they have with a victim’s family & friends, LE, & those accused of the crime. It was refreshing to see Kim keep everyone at arm’s length & report what she found; not what the family or LE opinions of the facts divulged but what the facts themselves. Brilliant & thought-provoking.

I’m a die hard true crime podcast listener, and was excited to see this podcast come up in my feed as I was born and raised in Laramie. The narrative of Laramie in the trailer was unfamiliar and felt really off-base but I guess that’s the authors perspective? I still plan to listen.
