Poorly Done
Let me start by saying I live in Laramie. The way this podcast is done, makes it seem like Laramie is a terrible place, when in reality, the people here live by the “help everyone” mentality. I work downtown and attend school at the University, but I have never had a negative experience with anyone here. Laramie embraces everyone regardless of their background. The Matthew Shepherd case was a tragedy, but everything that was done in response to it was amazing and still in place today. Candlelight vigils are still held to this day in memory of Matthew. To bring that tragedy into this story was completely uncalled for. The victim blaming in this is infuriating. Why would she bring up RUMORS that were spread? There was very little focus on Shelli. Overall, this podcast was very self centered for someone who barely lived here, had no connection to Shelli or the community, and was 15 when it happened. Laramie is a very accepting town full of so many amazing things and people. I am glad to call this town my home

There were some interesting episodes, but for the most part i feel the narration was boring and half way through the episodes you can realize this story no new developments in the cold case, but i continued to listen out of consideration for the victims life story.

From the beginning it was disjointed and I just couldn’t get interested.
