DNA isn’t a perfect science
Great podcast. One thing that stands out to me is that even though the found Lamb’s DNA on door #3; this does not prove he was the one who killed Shelli. Science has proven over and over again how our DNA can end up in all sorts of places all the time - leading to many wrong convictions that are based solely on DNA evidence. The police screwed up the initial investigation, period. I think that if Lamb is convicted based on the current evidence; he’ll just be another fall guy for the sake of closure. It might have to be one of those cases that either doesn’t get resolved or has to wait for further information to come to light.

A real quality piece of journalism that shows you don’t always need a neatly packaged ending to hit home. The interview with Garcia was particularly heart wrenching.

Way better investigated then the police and detectives ever did. What a miscarriage of justice by the legal system.
