“I enjoy listening to this podcast. One thing that differentiates this podcast from others about admissions is that they discuss worst admissions stories with the guests. While they are often funny to those of who have not experienced them they can be a valuable learning tool for students. One story told of a student who had excellent grades and test scores for a particular college but was rejected. Why? It turned out the student thought s/he was such a slam dunk obvious admission to this college the student never wrote the required essay. It turns out the required essay was actually required!”
