Today as I worked on the winter garden I listened to about 4 episodes of The Connected Yoga Teacher. Your topics are what I crave to hear and learn about, that makes it a perfect fit for gardening chores.
May I say that your voice is beautiful, this is also an asset to your greatly appreciated and informative podcast.

It is my intention to take your yoga for pelvic health education. It has been on my intention list for too long. Hopefully it will happen in 2021.
