Fantastic resource for yoga teachers!
We recommend this podcast and the Facebook group to our teacher training students and our yoga therapy students. Shannon takes great care in creating a space for learning. Each episode tackles a new topic, but the overarching theme is always respectful, open dialogue to integrate new ideas. The Facebook group is a fabulous resource. If you have a question about anything related to yoga teaching, search the Facebook group or post your question. The members are so helpful! Thanks from us at Ajna Yoga in Victoria, BC!

This week’s episode is cringeworthy. An author promoting her writings on the sutras speaking with no authority about Sanskrit. She calls Sanskrit her ‘weakness’ after publishing something she’ll go on to make money on. Where are the interviews with south asians for whom Sanskrit is not a ‘weakness’?
