Great interviews and essays!
I discovered this podcast last summer and fell in love. I binge listened to every episode - then talked about the things I learned to everyone who would listen. I own a cottage in Athabasca Alberta and find all the insights: the story about the loons, the one about planting 100 trees for Canada’s 100th, the hunt for the perfect spot so useful and whimsical. I can’t get enough. I have looked forward to the new episodes all year and have already brought up some of the info to fellow outdoor enthusiasts. Thank you for making it! It’s a total gem! I’m a life long magazine reader as well (we bought my dad subscriptions to the magazine every year for Father’s Day and he always let me read them first) and the two of these things paired together brings a certain kind of nostalgia that makes my heart so happy.

Really enjoy this when driving in the car and thinking about fun times at the cottage. Lots of new things to learn about and new ideas for time by the water.
