Good content if you can give over the verbal pauses
Helpful information and content, but the interviewee (eg: Kim Ploussard) has so many verbal pauses, including “you know,” rhetorical “right,” and “hmmm/umm,” it’s hard to listen. It’s like she’s formulating the responses for the first time during this interview. I recommend that she listen to her own interview to improve her communication style.
