Stephen is a great resource and a true inspiration. The things he talks about seem so logical and natural, that I sometimes wonder why design career guidance is not taught in school. His lessons are so universally valid that they can apply to any kind of design field; its the principles that count, the skeleton structure whick each one is free to populate with its own talent, hard work and personal field of interest. He’s such a demifier of what you think you see, eye opener, down to earth, social manifester caring for everyone from the BIPOC community. So rarely we find people out there with the willingness to give out for free everything they learnes throughout their own life!

I'm not specifically in the creative field (I run an app development company called Hyper) but the lessons about what it means to be a leader in a modern organisation are inspiring. Even things...Read full review »
