Jen Sievers - Can prints add value to your business?
Listen now
Description
This episode I’m talking with Jen Sievers about prints. I thought Jen would be an absolute font of knowledge on this topic because she is a NZ based artist who has recently launched a course on prints, and she has also successfully been selling her own for years in Aus and NZ. We chat about some of the challenges and benefits as well as some of the practical aspects like scanning and choosing reliable printing partners. We discuss the (maybe outdated) notion that prints will devalue originals and Jen counters with some great points about how having prints can help an artist remain accessible to a wider audience while help to build demand and visibility.  You can find Jen here and some information on her artist resources like her print course here!
