“What a great discussion of this complicated show. I love how they dive into the characters and analyze their complexity. They’re very sensitive about any discussion of Kate’s grooming & infatuation of her kidnapper. Their analysis of certain details of characters, plot, & cinematography brings depth to my understanding of the show. Also they shared a lot of my thoughts on each episode as they went through. My only wish is that there was a little less discussion of other shows, most of which I haven’t seen so the comparisons are nonsense to me. But considering the quality of the Cruel Summer discussion, I can forgive this little thing.”
