“Fiat Maximalism + Big Data = Foldapp. I love your pod Guy but I tried to get a Fold card like you recommended and had $400 stolen by the company. Transferred over my money, tried to use the app and it didn’t work anymore. No reason given. The physical card was never received. When opening a ticket with the company they told me to re-upload even more info like my ID, selfie with date (?), biometrics, mortgage info, etc. I refused and requested my money back. No response since. Straight ghosted by a major corp. No phone number to call. Now I’m out $400 and with no recourse. When I hear your pod NOT promote Fold for a month I’ll switch this rating to a five star. Until then I’m out hundreds of dollars because of your suggestion. At least YOU’RE making money from them… my money they STOLE!”
