“Can we stop with the utter pretence that having a female on the panel means that her experiences are the same or are of the same level as in the men’s game ... if you manage Chelsea ladies you aren’t anywhere near the standard of Klopp or Benitez SO stop acting as if you are talking on a level with them. I’m all for women playing the sport and earning a living doing it IF the interest is there and therefore the funding BUT let’s just be honest at the same time. The USA women’s team is probably the best in the world and were beaten 5-2 by under 15’s boys! The Australian women’s team have just been beaten 7-0 by a under 15’s Newcastle Jets side ...any half decent Sunday league men’s team could wipe the floor with the very best women’s side on the planet ... so let’s stop with the “equality” lie ... let the women’s game stand on its own without sycophants pretending to them that Arsenal or Chelsea players play for the same club and have similar experience to Hazard or Lacazette!”
