Surprisingly Comforting
I first started listening to this to get solutions, but what I ended up taking away instead was comfort and a lessened sense of loneliness, and maybe that’s the best one could ever get from a podcast. Not only is the podcast on the surface level soothing to listen to, but I found it soothing to be given the vocabulary necessary to be able to think about and grasp my own experience with melancholy. For that I’m very grateful.
