There is some, no doubt, but not the mass quantity you find within the gaming niche. When I jump around the internet there is quite a bit to be said about the NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1070 and the RTX 2070 as it relates to gaming, but very little about the performance states for video editing.  So that is why I am here.
