Yeah, this is back when you had to order the Adobe creative suite and install it on your machine with CDs… did you say CD? Oh yeah, I did. Anyway, I was set in front of a computer and given a tutorial book on how to use the Adobe creative suite. I learned Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. I am so glad I learned all three. The first program I ever learned was InDesign. I think this was extremely important because it didn't allow me to form any healthy addictions to Photoshop, which I see a lot of designers struggling with today. Anyway, I am slightly digressing. I need to talk about the wrong way and the right way to learn to become a graphic designer.
