Made my head hurt
As loath as I am to write a negative review, fully 2/3 of the episodes I have listened to so far have contained incorrect information. Attempted to contact the host, via DM on IG and got no response. In particular, the latest episode with Lauren Bongiorno was awful, full of incorrect information, and held her out to be some sort of expert when in fact she has no credentials whatsoever other than being a “life coach” who happens to live with T1D. Justin really needs to bring someone with actual medical knowledge and credentials to fact-check episodes before posting them.
