“Initially the show was excellent with real insight from some stellar names providing great information.
Now however, it seems sensationalism and click bait style headlines has taken over.
One week coffee is great, the next week it’s the devil.. Cardio is great, next week it’s terrible.
Guests seemingly aiming to became sensationalist stars rather than true honest information..
A real shame!”
