“I was raised Christian. But definitely lost my faith in Christianity ..so many holes. I met my boyfriend who was Muslim, which made me want to learn more about Islam. I was severely craving Allah’s swt connection but I was so afraid as a “feminist” woman that I would feel oppressed by Islam. I came here not to learn about Islam but but to get a woman’s perspective on the religion. And let me tell you!!!! Cadar’s gifts.. the Digitalsisterhood Team… saved me. I found that being a Muslim woman could be incredibly empowering and peaceful, and I wanted parts. From there, I learned more and more, studied Quran and eventually reverted. Haven’t been the same since. Needless to say, thank you.”
