Outstanding Work
The Dirtbag Diaries is an exceptional example of enthusiastic and creative writing from people who obviously love life in the outdoors. The stories are about much more than a great day surfing, a long kayak expedition or a survival story from a climbing fall. They touch on the central core of what drives us back to the earth; to be outside in our environment. Themes of friendship, adventure, compassion, thrill, generosity, environmental respect and fun permeate these well crafted stories. This is one well crafted and smart idea that I hope grows bigger and better. Job well done.

Fantastic, fresh, and nostoligic of the days of living on the road, salame and crackers and low level overhead and high level freedom. I hope Cahall keeps this up for as long as possible. Excently crafted and lively. True outdoor 'dirtbag' stories yet humble and refined.Read full review »
