“Sprinkle in some news briefs but don’t get too overly opinionated towards the negative side. If you don’t have anything nice to say, then, don’t say anything at all. Sometimes whoever is in charge, needs to step aside, knowing that this is not their strength. It looks better on you if you step aside and let who’s better at it, take control of the podcast.The thing I agreed with the most on today’s episode was when one person said “I feel like my soul just has left my body”. Thank you for having the bravery to say that. And I got a good chuckle out of it as well. As the intro invited everyone to speak of what 100 years of Disney has inspired in you the man went on about his negative experience with booking Disney, Cruise Line. It was the most uninspiring discussion. Previous to that the other gentleman couldn’t just say how nice once upon a studio was, he had to say something negative. If it didn’t make you cry, that’s fine you could’ve pointed out the positive aspects of it instead of just trying to be condescending to the other host. It made for an uncomfortable experience for the listener. The October 5 th episode with Rino and Erica was nice and light and fun. Keep Disney our fun place. Stop asking how everyone is in the beginning and letting their be an awkward silence and forcing people to mention how the weather is. It’s awkward and unproductive.”
