Description
Prof Russell Foster is a circadian neuroscientist and heads the Circadian Neuroscience Institute at the University of Oxford, UK. He has spent his career exploring the issues of sleep, from why we sleep to what its relationship is with mood disorders and abnormal cognitive behavior.  This is a conversation I have wanted to have for quite some time and a topic I wanted to include on the show as sleep, or more accurately, its absence is an ever present concern for most physicians.  If you enjoyed this episode please €˜Subscribe€˜ on iTunes or Stitcher.
