When Answers Don’t Come Soon Enough
Dr. Randall’s experience and feelings mirror my own 100%. I have felt myself at a crossroad this past year and developed physical symptoms from what I believe was all of the stress I was trying to push through/ suppress/ tell to “be quiet”. After 31 years of being a pediatrician, I feel lost, overwhelmed, burned out… all of the things you and Dr Randall discussed. Thank you to you and to Dr Randall for sharing her journey.

Soothing for the stressed out MD considering a change. Heather takes a strength- based approach to help come up with career solutions when clinical medicine no longer feels good. Thanks, Heather!
