5 stars for Dollop but Past Times…
One of the great things about the regular Dollop is that it is funny and informative. The Past Times is often funny, but the hosts lack of historical knowledge here is so glaring that they are spreading misinformation and making people dumber. They just guess all the time about what the article refers to and mostly get it wrong. The final straw for me was an episode where they talked about Beethoven, getting all the facts of his life wrong, then about a war over beets, without realising that beets are made into sugar which is why they are so valuable... Finally they moaned about Americans being the only ones to refrigerate their eggs, a google search would tell them it’s because they are washed here that they have to be refrigerated - and the color of the egg depends on the color of the hen. Brown eggs are not healthier just because they are brown. It’s just lazy content fill and not up to their usual standards. In short, Dollop forever but give Past Times a miss.

This show works well as a companion to Walking the Room and Tofop, but I think it could stand on its own as well. A bit hate-beamy, but surprisingly personal, and its still developing. I think Dave will go on to explore other territory.
