Trent Cotchin is a legend of the Richmond Football Club. He is a 3 x Premiership Captain, Brownlow Medalist, All Australian, 3 x Jack Dyer Medalist, one of the most revered captains of all time and played 306 games for the Tigers.  Cotch's AFL career speaks for itself and it was great to sit down with him fresh after retiring from the game.  Trent reflected on some of the key elements of his career but we got to learn a lot more about the man behind the famous number 9 guernsey and hear some untold stories.  Cotch went deep on some of his darkest days of his life that nearly lead to a premature end to his footy career.
