A more compassionate perspective to our relationship with food <3
I really love how Carolyn breaks down our relationship with food in a way that is holistic and integrated. Food addiction is not just about food, but the emotions attached to it and being able to see that from a different perspective can help us get to the root of the issue. I’ve listened to so many great episodes that not only explain the logistics of how food interacts with our bodies, but also how we’ve conditioned ourselves to use food as a solution to problems we maybe didn’t know how to cope with when we began those habits. Having a perspective around food that is not shameful but compassionate and supportive really does make all the difference.
