“When I was teaching Sunday school about 12 years ago, I had to go through a training to spot grooming behavior. It was during the Jerry Sandusky scandal at Penn State. I was absolutely horrified. I was concerned about the behavior of one of the church leaders, and I didn’t say anything. I later found out there was inappropriate behavior, and that’s all I can say here. To this day I regret not following up on my gut feeling. Please educate yourselves, and keep watch on who you let into the lives of your children.”
