Weight lifting!!
I love love the episode about weightlifting!! I started weight lifting about 5 years ago with the help of a personal trainer. I was the kind of person who only did cardio: running, cycling, walking…I though weights were for big guys! And I’m so happy I have champ mind cause now I really really enjoy my weight training twice a week!! Gracias Joey!!
