The Dubious Book of Famous Deeds
This podcast is hilarious while also fascinatingly informative when it comes to famous and not so famous deeds! Not only does it shine a light on how history books often leave out the ugly truth of “famous men and famous deeds”, it also does an amazing job of going deeper into the real truth. Paul and his guests are extremely funny and I can’t wait for the next episodes.

This podcast is equal parts interesting and funny. I was familiar with Paul Bates' work on the Illusionoid podcast so I was eager to check out this new show, and it does not disappoint. You don't need to be at all interested in history to enjoy it. Highly recommended.Read full review »

This is my new favourite podcast. Seasoned comedians tear apart Eurocentric historical accounts. Such a good idea. Love it.

I dont understand half the things written in this book but i love listening to Paul and the guests unpack it!...Read full review »
