A Fun and Informative Show
Regardless that the host does ply 21st Century thought to the Victorian Era (you just can’t help but do that) his vigor and joy comes across and makes these shows a must on your subscription list.

More reviews of The Dubious Book of Famous Deeds
This podcast is equal parts interesting and funny. I was familiar with Paul Bates' work on the Illusionoid podcast so I was eager to check out this new show, and it does not disappoint. You don't need to be at all interested in history to enjoy it. Highly recommended.Read full review »

Always entertaining although he does drop in notes of his leftist viewpoints.
