Honestly this was one of the most fascinating fictional podcasts I’ve ever heard— vivid backstory, excellent acting, mysterious premise that pulls you in, dark but whimsical— but the ending was definitely super racist. I am a white person, so my suggestions/imaginations of a better way to incorporate the tribe are probably not welcome, but using mysterious tribal people to have the magical solution with no plot of their own is pretty gross. All other aspects of this story were 5/5 for me, generally, but that trope served as a very lame ending that could’ve been remedied pretty easily.
