Life Changing
I attended the Empowered to Connect conference, which was life changing for me. As an adoptive parent, this is what I really, really need to bring my parenting life under control. I see an end to the chaos that has been running my life for the past 6 years. The podcast is the perfect accompaniment to it. When I listened to the post-conference episode, the presenters were right on target with exactly what was going on for me and I felt so understood and validated that I just wanted to hug them all. The next episode on lowering expectations is also right on. I am going back and downloading past episodes to dole out to myself when I feel overwhelmed. THANK YOU all for doing this work. I really love your message as well as your compassionate, mellifluous voices. My only suggestion is to maybe refer folks more to the websites with resources on them.
