He is also a Professor of Law at the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law, where he is Founding Director of the Sports and Entertainment Law Institute. He has been a Visiting Professor of Law at Harvard Law School in the 2023-24 academic year and an attorney with more than 20 years of practice, including on the legal team for Maurice Clarett in Clarett v.
