BNR is  a Chennai based multi-award winning Film Production Company having expertise in producing Ad-Films, TVC, Corporate Videos, Documentaries, Music Videos, Web Series, Promotional Films, Short Films, Trailers/Teasers and Feature Films of various languages/genres.     A post-graduate in screenwriting and Film Direction, Biswanath Rath has got several award winning short films, short stories, lyrics, songs & music videos to his credit in last 5 years as writer and director. He hails from Jeypore (Koraput District, Odisha, India) and heads Chennai based film production company ‘BnR Films LLP’. ‘Kar Bhalaa’ (Tamil Title: ‘Nanmai Sei’) was his debut short film (student short film) which is based on a true story in Chennai.  Amidst critics and audience appreciation, the film went on to receive two awards as well as screenings in a total of 21 International Film Festivals. Post ‘Kar Bhalaa’, he has directed several award winning short films, Documentaries, Music videos, Corporate films, Ad-films, TVC under his banner ‘BnR Films’. His recent social ad-film ‘’The ‘Right’ Glass’’ has won two awards and Official Selections in 27 International Film Festival. His International music video “Feel The Passion’ has also received tremendous response in Social Media and screenings in 5 International Film Festivals. He is presently writing the script for a feature film. After completing his B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Warangal, he started his career in India’s biggest car manufacturing company (Maruti Suzuki India Limited) in Gurgaon, but soon shifted to Chennai to give wings to his film making dream. Having numerous short stories, award winning poems and stage shows to his credit, the director has also written and directed several skits and stage plays during his ‘NITW Dramatic Club days’ (2003-2007). To further enhance his story-telling skills, he invested significant time and effort in formal education in screenwriting and film making (2010-2012) which in turn gave way to his multi award winning short film ‘Kar Bhalaa’ and film company ‘BnR Films LLP’. What followed was, a chain of successful short films and ad-films which brought the company respect and fame.
