With a focus on providing mentorship to passionate teams working on game changing ideas to enhance their capabilities in product development, marketing strategy, rapid prototyping, and design & user experience.     Aidtya is a University of Michigan graduate and a PHD from University of Chicago and he is  currently chief mentor at Startup Tunnel. He is also the Chairman at Adianta School for Leadership and Innovation, Chairman at Bihar Innovation Lab and prior to this was with Design Public Conclave, Used in India and Doors of Perception. The Startup tunnel is an early stage incubator that aims to play catalyst to bring powerful ideas to life and take shape. They focus on providing mentorship to passionate teams working on game changing ideas to enhance their capabilities in product development, marketing strategy, rapid prototyping, and design & user experience. This is an attempt to ensure that great ideas are not quashed in the early stages for lack of the right kind of guidance. The team works with start-ups in various development sectors such as, mobile technology, alternative energy, governance, financial services, education and health. Their sister organization, CKS Consulting has established expertise in these sectors(and more) and so they have in-house mentors and advisors, as well as a professional network that can help start-ups gain traction.
